What does it cost to apply?

· Currently there is no fee to apply for one of our homes for rent

What does it cost to move-in?

· Prorated Rent from the date of move-in until the end of the month if not moving in on the 1st.

· 1st month's rent

· Security Deposit is equal to one month’s rent and is needed to secure the property before move-in

· Pet Deposit – pet deposits are non-refundable and based on type and size of pet.

How do I pay rent?

Please mail your rent to be received by the 1st of the month. Late fees apply to rent received after the 5th. Our address is:
